受實體的活動和決定（不作為也是種決定）影響（有意或無意；直接或間接）的一方(人和地球）。
Those (people and planet) who are affected, intentionally or unintentionally, directly or indirectly, by an entity’s activities and decisions (noting that inaction is also a decision).
