利害關係人所經歷的變化程度。深度的估算是透過分析「基線的成果水準」（誰）和「期間達到的成果水準」（什麼）間的變化。
The degree of change experienced by the Stakeholder. Depth is estimated by analyzing the change that has occurred between the ‘Outcome level at baseline’ (Who) and the ‘Outcome level in period’ (What).
