利害關係人在與實體（即企業、基金、被投資方或發行人）接觸時所經歷成果的水準。成果水準衡量福祉的某些方面，可以是正面或負面的，刻意的或非刻意的。
The level of outcome experienced by the Stakeholder when engaging with the entity (i.e. the Enterprise, Fund, Investee or Issuer). The outcome level measures some aspect of wellbeing that can be positive or negative, intended or unintended.
